Originally, the APAC Instagram page had it's own style and mood, focussed mainly around templatised posts. I proposed a more organic, interactive style to align with -

Lightspeed's global instagram page, and to generate higher engagement. This included more purpose-led posts like those below, targeted more directly at the APAC audience. 

Every quarter, employees could be nominated for a "Make It" award to recognise their efforts and achievements that aligned with Lightspeed's guiding principles. Those nominated for one guiding principle received a "Make it Matter" award, and "Make it Massive" awards for those embodying multiple principles.

The brief was to create an identity and template for the printed certificates.

It features eight rotating diamonds, taken from Lightspeed's brand elements, to represent the eight guiding principles, as well as two of the brand colours for each award.
